I am a member of the Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and an access member of the Realtors Association of Hamilton and Burlington (RAHB). Membership in these three boards provides maximum exposure for my listings. Combined with my website and www.realtor.ca, this is the most complete marketing tool available today for selling your home. I also take advantage of the local print media to further support your home sale.

I think it goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway!) that you need a Realtor to help you sell your home to ensure that you get the best offer possible. Trying to sell your home privately is an understandable desire, but it is rarely successful. The reasons for this are many, but mainly it comes down to exposure and experience.
