The 2012 market appears to off to a strong start. Pent up demand from the relatively slow fall market, combined with historically low interest rates, is presenting buyers with an increased motivation to make decisions. Sellers seem to be getting a jump on the "spring" market by listing their homes earlier in the year. Perhaps the mild weather is helping!
